AppFidex (“App”, “Service”) is operated by Zamrudila Apps (Ali Durmaz).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights users may have when using AppFidex.

3.1 Account Information
AppFidex may collect information required to create and operate an account, such as:

3.2 App and Feedback Request Information
When users create or participate in Feedback Requests, we may collect information such as:
- app name
- app store or testing links submitted by the user
- Feedback Request descriptions
- feedback type
- focus area
- focused question
- requested Feedback Response count
- request status
- participation records
- proof-of-use submissions where required
- related moderation, appeal, or dispute records
3.3 Feedback and Proof Content
Users may submit structured feedback, comments, notes, screenshots, proof-of-use materials, or other content related to Feedback Requests.
This content is used to operate Feedback Requests, verify participation where required, resolve appeals or disputes, prevent abuse, and improve platform quality.
AppFidex does not require, request, collect, reward, or incentivize public App Store or Google Play ratings or reviews.
3.4 Contribution Points, Feedback Responses, and Purchase Data
AppFidex may process:
- Contribution Point balances
- Feedback Response balances
- point conversion records
- Feedback Request usage records
- Lifetime Pro entitlement status
- purchase-related entitlement information
Payments for Lifetime Pro are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or supported purchase infrastructure where applicable.
We do not directly collect full payment card details.
3.5 Request Messages and Moderation Data
If Request Messages are used, we may process:
- message content
- message metadata
- related Feedback Request identifiers
- abuse reports or moderation records
Request Messages are limited to the Feedback Request context. AppFidex does not operate a general social network, open direct messaging system, follower system, or connection network.
3.6 Usage Data and Diagnostics
We may collect limited technical and usage data, such as:
- app version
- device type
- operating system version
- anonymous usage events
- crash reports
- performance diagnostics
- error logs
This helps us improve reliability, security, and user experience.
4. How We Use Data
We use data to:
- provide and operate AppFidex
- create and manage Feedback Requests
- process structured product feedback
- manage Contribution Points and Feedback Responses
- process Lifetime Pro entitlement status
- operate Request Messages inside Feedback Requests
- verify proof-of-use submissions where required
- prevent abuse, fraud, spam, fake feedback, or policy violations
- enforce App Store and Google Play compliance rules
- resolve disputes, appeals, and rejected feedback
- improve reliability, safety, and user experience
- provide support and respond to user requests
- comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal data.
We do not use AppFidex to buy, sell, exchange, request, reward, or incentivize public App Store or Google Play ratings, reviews, installs, rankings, or store discovery.
5. Third-Party Services
AppFidex may rely on third-party services for infrastructure, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, purchases, cloud storage, notifications, and platform functionality.
These may include services such as:
- Firebase or Google Cloud services
- Apple and Google authentication systems
- Apple App Store or Google Play purchase systems
- RevenueCat or similar purchase infrastructure
- analytics and crash reporting providers
- AI or automation providers where used for platform functionality
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and only as needed to provide the Service.
6. Visibility of User Content
Some AppFidex content may be visible to other users depending on the feature, including:
- public profile information such as nickname
- apps submitted to Feedback Requests
- Feedback Request details
- feedback shared with the Feedback Request owner
- proof-of-use content where required
- appeal or dispute-related content shared with relevant participants, moderators, or administrators
- Request Messages shared only with message participants
Users should not submit confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information unless they are comfortable sharing it within the relevant AppFidex workflow.
7. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Feedback Request, participation, feedback, Contribution Point, Feedback Response, purchase entitlement, appeal, dispute, and moderation records may be retained for platform integrity and accountability.
Crash logs, analytics, and diagnostics may be retained for a limited period, commonly up to 14 months, depending on the provider and configuration.
Users may request deletion of their account or personal data by contacting:

8. Data Security
We use secure transmission and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.
However, no online service is completely secure. Users are responsible for avoiding the submission of highly sensitive or confidential information unless necessary.
9. Children’s Privacy
AppFidex is not intended for users under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Depending on the user’s location, users may have rights to:

11. App Store and Google Play Review Compliance
AppFidex is designed for private app testing, usability review, and structured product feedback inside the AppFidex workflow.
AppFidex does not collect, request, require, reward, exchange, or incentivize public App Store or Google Play ratings or reviews.
Users must not use AppFidex to manipulate ratings, reviews, installs, rankings, search visibility, store placement, or store discovery.
Feedback inside AppFidex is private product feedback and must not be presented as a public store rating or review requirement.
