These Terms apply to the AppFidex mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AppFidex (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the App.
2. Service Overview
AppFidex is a mobile application designed to help indie developers exchange private, structured, product-focused feedback.
The Service may allow users to:
- create Feedback Requests
- request Quick Feedback or Deep Feedback
- submit structured product feedback
- provide proof-of-use materials where required
- earn Contribution Points for useful feedback
- use Feedback Responses to request feedback for their own apps
- purchase Lifetime Pro
- use Request Messages inside Feedback Requests where available
- participate in appeal, dispute, moderation, or support workflows
AppFidex is intended for genuine app testing, usability feedback, product improvement, and developer collaboration.

3. App Store and Google Play Compliance
AppFidex is not a platform for buying, selling, exchanging, requesting, rewarding, or incentivizing public app store ratings, reviews, installs, rankings, store visibility, or store discovery.
Users must not use AppFidex to:
- request App Store ratings
- request Google Play ratings
- request public App Store or Google Play reviews
- reward or compensate users for ratings or public reviews
- exchange positive ratings or reviews
- ask for fake, biased, misleading, scripted, or pre-written public reviews
- require a public store review, rating, install, ranking action, or store engagement as a condition for receiving points, access, or any benefit
- submit proof of public store ratings or reviews
- manipulate app rankings, search visibility, store placement, installs, retention metrics, or discovery
- coordinate deceptive engagement or promotional behavior
Feedback Requests must focus only on private product feedback, usability testing, screenshots, onboarding, paywall, UX, product messaging, trust, pricing perception, value proposition, and similar product improvement topics inside AppFidex.
Any Feedback Request, Request Message, profile content, feedback, proof, or user behavior that violates these rules may be rejected, removed, restricted, suspended, or terminated.
4. User Responsibilities
By using AppFidex, you agree to:
- provide honest and useful product feedback
- submit accurate proof-of-use materials where required
- respect other users
- avoid spam, harassment, abuse, or misleading behavior
- avoid illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing content
- not misuse Contribution Points, Feedback Responses, Feedback Requests, appeals, disputes, or Request Messages
- not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
- not use the Service for store manipulation, fake engagement, fake feedback, or deceptive promotion
Users are responsible for the content they submit.
5. Feedback Requests and Participation
Feedback Request owners are responsible for providing clear, lawful, and compliant instructions.
Feedback contributors are responsible for checking apps honestly and submitting feedback based on their real experience.
AppFidex may reject, limit, remove, or moderate Feedback Requests that:
- request public store ratings or reviews
- request misleading promotional behavior
- contain unclear, abusive, unsafe, or non-compliant instructions
- violate platform rules
- create legal, technical, privacy, or safety risks
- appear fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative
AppFidex does not guarantee that Feedback Requests will receive a specific number of responses, product improvements, conversions, ratings, downloads, rankings, revenue, or commercial outcomes.
6. Contribution Points and Feedback Responses
AppFidex may use Contribution Points and Feedback Responses to operate its mutual feedback system.
Contribution Points are earned when users provide useful feedback that is rated by the Feedback Request owner.
A Feedback Response represents one feedback answer a user may request for their own app.
Contribution Points and Feedback Responses:
- have no cash value
- are not legal tender
- are not credits, coins, money, or stored value
- cannot be purchased directly
- cannot be redeemed for money
- cannot be transferred outside AppFidex
- cannot be sold, exchanged, or traded outside the Service
- may be adjusted, reversed, limited, or removed to prevent abuse, correct errors, or enforce these Terms
Contribution Points or Feedback Responses may be forfeited if an account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.
7. Lifetime Pro and In-App Purchases
Some AppFidex features may require Lifetime Pro or another supported in-app purchase.
Lifetime Pro is intended as a one-time purchase where supported by the relevant app store configuration.
Payments are processed through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
- supported purchase infrastructure such as RevenueCat where applicable
AppFidex does not directly collect full payment card details.
Refunds, purchase management, and purchase disputes are handled by Apple, Google, or the applicable payment provider according to their policies.
8. Request Messages
AppFidex may include Request Messages inside specific Feedback Requests.
Request Messages are not a general direct messaging system, social network, follower system, or connection network.
Users must not use Request Messages to:
- harass, threaten, or abuse others
- spam users
- request prohibited store ratings or reviews
- coordinate fake engagement
- share illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- bypass Feedback Request rules
- solicit payments or exchanges outside AppFidex
- manipulate store ratings, reviews, installs, rankings, or discovery
AppFidex may moderate, restrict, or remove access to Request Messages when necessary.
9. Feedback Rejection, Appeals, and Disputes
AppFidex may provide rejection, appeal, and dispute resolution tools to help maintain quality and fairness.
Dispute outcomes may be decided by platform rules, community review, moderator review, or administrator action.
By using AppFidex, users agree that dispute decisions may affect:
- Contribution Points
- Feedback Response eligibility
- Feedback Request completion
- participation status
- account access
- future eligibility
AppFidex does not guarantee that every dispute will be resolved in favor of any specific user.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the AppFidex software, design, branding, interface, systems, and original content belong to Zamrudila Apps or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of the apps, content, and feedback they submit, subject to the license needed for AppFidex to operate the Service.
By submitting content, users grant AppFidex a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide the Service, operate Feedback Requests, resolve disputes, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve platform reliability.
11. Third-Party Apps and Links
AppFidex may contain links to third-party apps, app stores, websites, or services submitted by users.
Zamrudila Apps is not responsible for third-party apps, external links, app store listings, user-submitted materials, or the actions of other users.
Users access and test third-party apps at their own discretion.
12. Disclaimer
AppFidex is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted service
- error-free operation
- perfect feedback quality
- specific Feedback Request results
- specific product improvements
- approval by Apple or Google
- increased downloads, conversions, rankings, ratings, reviews, revenue, or store visibility
- the accuracy or usefulness of all user-submitted feedback
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zamrudila Apps shall not be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- loss of data
- loss of profits
- lost business opportunities
- third-party app issues
- user-submitted content
- disputes between users
- store policy violations caused by user behavior
- Feedback Request outcomes or feedback quality
14. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to AppFidex if:
- these Terms are violated
- the Service is misused
- prohibited store manipulation is requested or attempted
- fake feedback, fake engagement, fraud, abuse, spam, or harassment is detected
- required for legal, security, platform compliance, or technical reasons
Upon termination, the right to use the Service ends immediately.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available:
- within the App
- at /terms
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws depending on the user’s jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
